[News] Kickstarters to Watch – 29/01/2020

Written by Akio Kahoshi

Since its creation, Kickstarter has helped launch many games that are well respected by gamers. A Hat In Time, The Banner Saga, Divinity: Original Sin, Hyperlight Drifter, Pillars of Eternity, Shovel Knight, and Undertale to name a few. So here at Nintendad we are highlighting a few interesting Kickstarters for Nintendo consoles you can check out. Days and percentage of goal reached are based on the time this article was written.

As a reminder, backing a Kickstarter project does not guarantee you will get the product. All projects carry risk. Also, note that games take time to make. Most will take months or even years to be completed from the end of the Kickstarter, and as in standard game development delays are both common and expected. Before pledging, make sure you feel comfortable with the developer and their chances.
